40 Days To Rise

The 40 Days to rise program is a program designed to revolutionize your yoga practice, life & meditation.
This progressive program, is based on the book 40 Days to Personal Revolution Program, by Baron Baptiste. It is an intensive six-week journey into your personal transformation through yoga, meditation, nutrition and self-inquiry.

Regardless of your level of experience by the end of this program you will be physically stronger, clearer, healthier and empowered to live your life with out holding back!

Program Includes:

•Reading and Journaling
40 Days to personal Revolution by Baron Baptiste will be the supporting text for this program with each week being a different focus to explore where you are currently living and create how you want to be living

•Unlimited Yoga at UpRise Yoga
Commit to 5 practicing 5 days a week to get the most out of this program. This is your 40 Day Personal Revolution

•Daily Meditation practice
Develop a daily meditation practice that will help you calm your mind, get focused, and set your intentions for how you want to live your life each day.

•Group Discussion
Meet weekly to discuss what it is that you are getting present to in your revolution, support, inspire, and encourage one another.
We will have our first, mid program, last meeting at UpRise Yoga Studio and all other meetings will be via zoom conference calling.
